Kofi Culture aims to provide safe, enjoyable and authentic experiences throughout Accra. While we take reasonable care in organising tours and selecting venues, participation is at the guest’s own discretion.
Kofi Culture cannot accept responsibility for illness, injury, loss, theft, delays, road conditions, actions of third-party vendors or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, travel insurance, health considerations and following guidance provided during the tour experience.
Many tours involve sampling local food and drinks from trusted vendors and venues. Guests are responsible for informing Kofi Culture in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions.
While reasonable care is taken when selecting food vendors, Kofi Culture cannot guarantee allergen-free environments or accept responsibility for individual reactions to food or beverages consumed during the experience.
Tours may involve road travel, walking in busy public areas and changing local conditions. Traffic conditions, weather and other factors outside our control may occasionally affect timings or routes.
Guests are encouraged to follow all safety guidance provided during the tour.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in tours which may involve walking, busy public environments, uneven surfaces, warm weather conditions and local transport.
Please inform Kofi Culture in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or mobility concerns which may affect your participation or comfort during the experience.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour and are encouraged to follow all guidance provided by the tour host during the experience.
Guests are also encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance before participating in tours and activities.
Kofi Culture may occasionally capture photographs or short videos during experiences for promotional and social media purposes. We always aim to do this respectfully and in a natural, non-intrusive manner.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or media content, please let us know before or during the tour and we will fully respect your preference.
Guests are welcome to take their own photographs throughout the experience, however we encourage respectful photography practices when visiting local communities, markets, workshops and cultural spaces.
Tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment arrangements and booking details will be confirmed directly with guests prior to the experience.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tour, please contact Kofi Culture as early as possible. Refunds or rescheduling may not be possible for last-minute cancellations, missed tours or no-shows.
In certain circumstances including severe weather, safety concerns, transport disruption or situations outside our reasonable control, tours may need to be adjusted, postponed or cancelled. If this occurs, we will always aim to communicate changes as quickly as possible.
